Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; direct banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience or 2–3 years in cash handling, customer service and sales.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a strong first impression as a Teller/Banker and promote credit union products and services.
• Build and nurture long-lasting member relationships through checking, savings, loans, cards, and insurance offerings.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and educate members on digital services to support their financial goals.
• Provide universal service and support both teller and banker functions to enable growth and learning.
