Qualifications

• Proficiency with computer software including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• First impressions: deliver excellent member service as the primary contact.
• Promote SSFCU products and services to meet member needs.
• Cross-sell checking, savings, loans, credit cards, and insurance products.
• Educate members on digital services available to them.
• Operate with a cross-trained teller/banker approach to support growth and development.
• Complete other duties as needed to support the branch and goals.
