Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller/Banker to greet members and deliver exceptional service while promoting checking and savings products, loans, and insurance solutions. This role supports sales goals and participates in cross-selling opportunities, aiming to help members reach their financial goals.

You will be cross-trained in teller and banker duties, enabling growth and advancement within the organization as part of our vision to be America's Best.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales, or comparable experience.
• Customer-centric attitude focused on delivering great experiences to our members while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Proficiency in computer software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to travel to and from other branch locations for work and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and cross-sell Security Service products and services that meet members' needs.
• Deliver universal service and support teller and banker functions.
• Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with members to help reach financial goals.
• Support sales goals and educate members on digital services.
