Security Service Federal Credit Union seeks a Teller/Banker to greet members and champion SSFCU products. You will promote accounts, loans, cards, and insurance while meeting sales goals and maintaining confidentiality.

As part of a team, you will be cross-trained in teller and banker duties, enabling flexible growth opportunities while delivering excellent member experiences across our branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking, cash handling, customer service and sales or similar experience.
• Strong communication, confidentiality and goal-driven mindset; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Promote checking/savings, loans, credit cards and insurance to meet member needs.
• Deliver universal service and cross-sell opportunities while meeting sales goals.
• Support the SSFCU in growth and participate in training and development.
