Greater Nevada Credit Union is seeking a Member Success Representative at our Minden branch to build trusted relationships and provide tailored financial guidance. You will engage with members to understand needs, offer personalized solutions, and help drive loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include proactive member outreach, cross-selling appropriate products, and processing loan applications while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, banking or financial institution required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Proactively engage with members to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial solutions and recommendations to enhance member value.
• Deliver unparalleled member service experiences, ensuring every member interaction is positive and memorable.
• Act as a trusted advisor, addressing member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Educate members on various banking products, services, and tools to maximize their financial well-being.
• Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on members’ needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting appropriate financial solutions and generating referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless referrals and ensure a holistic approach to meeting member needs.
• Gather and input loan applications for members and non-members.
