Job summary

Sam’s Club in Austin, TX is hiring a Member Frontline Services Associate to deliver excellent member service, operate front‑end equipment, and help customers with self‑service technology. You’ll process purchases, handle returns, and ensure a safe, organized shopping environment.

• Organize merchandise, zone areas, maintain entrance and exit areas, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Assist in securing and safeguarding assets, respond to emergencies, and keep required paperwork and logs.
• Train and educate Member Frontline Services associates on procedures, new technology, and program rollouts.
• Identify shrink, damages, and compliance issues, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and customers to prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement.
• Model integrity, ethical behavior, and Walmart values in all interactions.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
