Responsibilities
- Provide member service and maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas.
- Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services, and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Give guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology and mobile retail applications.
- Process member purchases—including payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges—according to company policies for various membership and payment types.
- Follow company safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
- Properly handle merchandise, zone the area, arrange and organize products, and identify shrink and damage.
- Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify membership cards, review receipts, safeguard Sam's Club assets, and observe potential criminal activity per company policies.
- Maintain paperwork, logs, and documentation; execute emergency response procedures and ensure compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assist with training Member Frontline Services associates on company processes, technology tool functionality, and new program rollouts; provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; implement action plans and use the Open Door Policy.
- Manage work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners, communicate progress, recommend improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.
- Respect individuals, work as a team, build strong relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.

- Hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ($0.35–$3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
