Job summary

Qualifications

Notary Public certification required.
NMLS registration required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences through comprehensive financial conversations and account setup.
Use a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that meet member needs.
Educate members on online banking and mobile apps and promote self-service tools.
Provide accurate, compliant, and advanced servicing for a wide range of member transactions.
Handle complex requests and escalations with sound judgment and timeliness.
Support business and lending relationships through accurate account opening and loan application assistance.
Maintain proficiency in core front-line responsibilities and participate in training and coaching.
