Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and documentation; compliant and audit-ready.
• Notary with state certification and NMLS registration required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and relationship-building experiences by conducting financial conversations and assisting with account setup.
• Use a consultative sales approach to recommend relevant products and services.
• Promote digital tools and self-service adoption to enhance member convenience.
• Provide accurate, compliant, and advanced service across a range of member transactions.
• Support lending and business account services and partner with internal specialists.
