Job summary

Desert Financial Credit Union is seeking a Member Solutions Representative at the San Tan Village Branch in Gilbert, AZ. The role focuses on onboarding, consultative conversations, and resolving complex member needs across accounts, loans, and digital tools.

You will build trusted member relationships, guide product usage, and ensure accurate, compliant service in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and 1+ years in sales/service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; maintain accuracy across multiple systems and documentation for compliance/audit.
• Ability to be registered through NMLS required.
• Notary – State Certification Registered and serve as a Notary Public required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced service across financial needs with consultative conversations.
• Assist with account setup and promote digital tools adoption.
• Handle a wide range of member transactions with accuracy and compliance.
• Resolve complex member issues with sound judgment and timely follow-up.
• Support business and lending relationships and promote long-term member engagement.
