Job summary

Credit Union of Georgia is seeking a Member Solutions Representative for our Pickens Branch to deliver exceptional member service. The role bridges teller and member service tasks, handling account inquiries, new accounts, and education on products and services.

The MSR will perform routine transactions, support daily branch operations, and seek referrals for loans, mortgages, and financial services while maintaining compliance with policies and training requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of teller and/or cashier experience.
• 3+ years practical work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Annual training modules on cybersecurity and compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Uphold branch brand standards and deliver top level member service.
• Assist members with opening and closing accounts and answer questions.
• Perform routine member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing.
• Cross-sell and present Credit Union products and services to deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and compliant transactions.
