Job summary

BrightStar Credit Union in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Part-Time Member Relationship Specialist. You will build relationships with members, help them save, borrow, and access teller services while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll use sales skills to refer deposit and loan solutions, support branch operations, and participate in month-end tasks and training. Weekend hours may be required, and a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Education: A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal Skills: Enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide members with a personalized rewarding experience by engaging them with solutions that meet their financial needs.
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently within policy.
• Assist with new accounts and maintenance, applying quality assurance standards.
• Meet or exceed ancillary product sales referral goals.
