Job summary

Princeton Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Solutions Partner who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team in the Princeton branch. This role includes processing teller transactions, developing relationships, opening and servicing accounts, and representing the credit union in branch and in public.

We are looking for an outgoing individual who can work under pressure in a busy environment and enjoys helping people.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Customer service/retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work Saturdays 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.
• Ability to learn our products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions.
• Develop relationships with members.
• Open and service accounts.
• Represent Princeton Federal Credit Union in branch and in public.

Identifying opportunities to help our members improve their financial well-being is a key responsibility. This includes making referrals as appropriate. Other key duties are processing teller transactions, developing relationships, opening and servicing accounts, and representing Princeton Federal Credit Union in branch and in public.

Candidates must have availability to work Saturdays (8:45 am to 12:15 pm).

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual, verbal and written in Spanish. Customer service/retail experience preferred. You must have the ability to learn our products and procedures thoroughly and quickly.
