Patelco Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Solutions Specialist) in Santa Rosa, CA to deliver exceptional member service, open new accounts, and present loan and savings options. The role emphasizes financial health guidance and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll engage with members to assess needs, provide credit and loan options, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services or a sales-oriented environment.
• Eligibility for NMLS, Medallion, and Notary certifications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills; professional in all interactions.

Responsabilités

• Offer best-in-class service to members through prompt, courteous, and professional interactions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in our products and services offerings, new accounts, and consumer lending processes.
• Assist members with complex financial transactions and accounts and ensure needs are met through proactive follow-up and resolution.
• Build members' financial health by conducting consumer loans, home loans, and new account interviews to uncover needs and submit applications.
• Advise members in debt management, credit advancement, mortgages, and overall financial well-being.
• Engage members in financial health evaluations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Support community relationships as needed; adopt new tools to enhance member experience.
• Advocate adoption of new technology, campaigns, and digital products.
