Qualifications

• 3–5 years of teller/personal banker experience.
• Eligibility for NMLS, Medallion, and Notary certifications.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
• Proficiency with PCs, email, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Offer best‑in‑class service to members through prompt, courteous interactions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, new accounts, and consumer lending processes.
• Assist members with complex financial transactions and accounts with proactive follow‑up.
