Job summary

NorthPointe Wellness Center in Roscoe, IL is seeking a full-time Member Services Manager to lead Member Services, Massage, Pro Shop, Childcare and Sales, delivering outstanding member experiences. You will supervise supervisors and staff, promote memberships and ancillary services, and assist the Center Director with daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, hospitality or health care related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Excellent sales, marketing, writing, presentation and tracking skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to supervisors, coordinators and associates.
• Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services.
• Assist Center Director with daily operations.
• Lead center marketing and membership communications.
• Represent the center in the community and attend events.
• Conduct performance reviews and hire/train staff.
• Assist with department budgets and capital planning.
• Cover Work Manager on Duty shifts and manage scheduling.
