Job summary

TENCU is hiring a Teller at the Cool Springs Branch to provide friendly, reliable service and processing of member transactions. You will support daily branch operations, engage with members, and help them reach financial goals through accurate cash handling and thoughtful service.

Candidate should have at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to maintain accuracy and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers).
• Deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone.
• Build relationships by identifying member needs and providing solutions.
• Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Utilize banking systems efficiently and adapt to new processes.
• Support branch operations through reliable attendance and teamwork.
