Job summary

TEN Credit Union is seeking a Teller for our Cool Springs Branch to deliver exceptional member service and accurately process financial transactions. You will be the friendly face handling deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while helping members reach their financial goals.

Applicants should have at least a year of customer service with cash handling; high school diploma required. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive starting pay and opportunities for growth within TEN Credit

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process member transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers).
Deliver exceptional service in person and over the phone.
Build positive relationships by identifying needs and providing solutions.
Learn and follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize banking systems efficiently and adapt to new processes.
Support branch operations through reliable attendance and teamwork.
