Job summary

TEN Credit Union in Bellevue is seeking a friendly Teller to join our Bellevue Branch team. You will accurately process member transactions, assist with deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and deliver exceptional service in person or by phone to help members achieve their financial goals.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes building relationships, following policies, and working with a collaborative team in a supportive community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
• Deliver exceptional service to members in person and over the phone.
• Build positive relationships by identifying member needs and providing helpful solutions.
• Learn and follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
