Responsibilities

• Receive share deposits and loan payments, disburse cash or check withdrawals.
• Process cash advances, travelers' checks, money orders and wire transfers.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain member account information with privacy and accuracy.
• Assist members by listening, collecting data and solving problems.
• Take stop payment orders; order checks for members' accounts; complete forms as needed.
• Provide drive-up and night drop service as assigned.
