Job summary

Frontier Credit Union in Idaho is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to greet members, identify needs, and provide information on our products and services.

You will accurately handle financial transactions, resolve discrepancies with other departments, and refer complex issues to subject matter experts while delivering professional, courteous service that supports our members' financial well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of credit union products and cross-selling ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication; familiar with PCs and standard software.
• Interpersonal and public relations skills; courteous and diplomatic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; follows instructions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and interact with them to identify needs.
• Respond with expert knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Cross-sell beneficial products and services to support members' finances.
• Complete financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate with other departments to resolve.
