Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals and end-of-day balancing.
• Explain products and services and handle member requests.
• Identify financial needs and refer appropriate products to members.
• Follow security procedures and minimize fraud risk.
• Provide coverage across branches or departments as needed.
• Suggest efficiency improvements and participate in process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
