Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public status if requested.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day branch operations including opening/closing and balancing drawers.
• Work as teller handling account-related requests such as openings, transfers, deposits, and services.
• Provide professional, courteous member service and cross-sell credit union products.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain security and accuracy.
• Resolve member issues and liaise with other departments.
