Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is hiring for a frontline leadership role in the Woodbridge, VA area. You will supervise associates, assign duties, train staff, and ensure member service aligns with company policies while supporting Open Door policy principles.

You will also promote membership, process memberships and upgrades, assist customers, manage returns, and oversee cash handling and daily deposits. The role includes ensuring store cleanliness and merchandise readiness.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail experience including operating front-end equipment (e.g., cash register)
• 6 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Assists management with supervising associates and directing duties to ensure member service aligns with company policies.
• Communicates membership information, processes memberships, upgrades, and drives renewals.
• Provides member service, assists with purchases, and supports self-checkout and pickup orders.
• Oversees area, handles returns, organizes merchandise, and maintains cart availability and lot cleanliness.
• Maintains accounting records, deposits, and cash-related tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
