Job summary

TCCU is seeking a full-time Teller for our Member Support team in Michigan. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while maintaining an accurate cash drawer and delivering friendly service to every member.

Educate members on credit union products, promotions, and participate in branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude, adhering to procedures and regulations. Excellent communication and team spirit are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, member-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
• Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions.
• Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred.
• CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus.

Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)
