Job summary

Total Community Credit Union in Taylor, MI is seeking a friendly Teller to join our Member Support team. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while balancing your cash drawer and delivering excellent member service.

Educate members on credit union products, cross-sell promotions, and support branch operations with a positive, professional attitude. Previous cash-handling and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
• Experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer accurately.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to members.
• Educate members on credit union products and promotions.

What You’ll Do

As a Teller on our Member Support team, you’ll be the welcoming face of TCCU. Your responsibilities include:

• Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
• Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer
• Providing friendly, efficient service to every member
• Educating members on credit union products and promotions
• Supporting branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Following credit union procedures and financial regulations

Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)
