Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues and concerns.
• Maintains the checkout area and processes member purchases.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and guides customers on self-service tech.
• Ensures safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training of associates and delivers program rollout training.
• Maintains records, security practices, and documentation as needed.
• Delivers excellent customer service and supports a positive shopping environment.
