Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to answer questions by phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office hours and provide professional customer service in person and by phone.
• Greet customers, determine needs, provide information, and refer inquiries as appropriate.
• Answer calls, take messages, and respond to customer questions promptly.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and schedule appointments for agents.
• Maintain accurate client files, records, and office documentation.
• Receive, process, and balance daily financial transactions in accordance with procedures.
• Prepare and process insurance-related documents, correspondence, applications, endorsements, and reports.
• Gather and input information for insurance quotes and assist with policy servicing within non-licensed guidelines.
• Support agents, supervisors, and regional leadership with administrative and operational tasks.
• Promote Missouri Farm Bureau programs, services, and member benefits.
• Assist with membership drives, county board meetings, event planning, and volunteer activities.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
