Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of credit union computer systems for basic input/output, Word and Excel desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve members at the teller line with transactional needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other account transactions accurately.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate credit union products or services.
• Provide high level of caring, personalized service and maintain professional conduct.
• Refer members to internal partners for mortgage, investment, or business solutions.
• Assist in training new tellers or team members as needed.
