Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience in a call center; cash handling.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must operate office equipment and type at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and maintain member account information.
• Explain billing, collections, and capital credits to members.
• Perform diverse clerical tasks with attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Communicate with members in person and by phone regarding inquiries.
