Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in energy/utility sectors (customer service, consultation, marketing, operations).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent energy experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, consultation and solutions to residential and small business members regarding energy consumption and efficiency.
• Explain energy programs, load management, solar options, smart technologies.
• Perform education on cooperative operations including distribution, transmission and generation.
