Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent member service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle transactions and educate members about products.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Open new accounts (savings, checking, IRAs, CDs) and process transactions.
• Assist members with general account questions and refer to appropriate specialist when needed.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and reconcile at close of business day.
• Follow established processes with integrity and continuously learn Coastal1 products.
