Job summary

• Excellent member service experience is expected.
• Ability to educate members about banking products."

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service from start to finish with each member.
• Assist members with everyday transactions, account opening, and maintenance.
• Educate members about products and services to meet their financial goals.
• Process member transactions and consult on loans, wealth management, and business products as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and reconcile at close.
