Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a 24/7 high-volume contact center.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services with active listening and engagement.
• Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and other accounts.
• Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs.
