Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior Contact Center/Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to members across channels (phone, email, online, mobile and mail).
• Process member transactions and answer questions (savings, checking, loans, etc.).
• Assist members with debit card issues, online banking and other electronic services.
• Refer lending opportunities and support member retention efforts.
