Sam's Club in Hickory, NC is hiring for a position focused on helping Members understand membership benefits and promoting the value of our products and services. You will process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and assist Members with purchases.

You’ll help keep the facility safe, perform safety checks, and handle orders, pulling and packing items while ensuring accuracy and timely pickup by Members. The role includes strong Member service and daily collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns.
• Processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts and supporting benefits information.
• Completes safety procedures, safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials and forklift procedures.
