Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts and participates in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing to ensure accuracy.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchases and resolving issues and concerns.
