Sam's Club in Wilmington, NC is seeking a team member to support Membership by providing information on membership benefits and the value of our products and services. You will process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participate in sales events, and work to meet membership goals while upholding safety and company standards.

Additionally, you will help with pulling and packing orders, ensure accuracy of items and invoices, and deliver exceptional member service by addressing questions

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits promoting the value of Company products and services.
• Processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Completing work assignments using policies and data, collaborating with managers and coworkers to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise and resolving issues.
