Job summary

Sam’s Club in Wake Forest, NC is hiring for roles within our membership and fulfillment operations. You’ll help members understand the benefits, promote products and services, and process memberships, upgrades, and related accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and supports sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills orders by reviewing, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
