Job summary

Collins Community Credit Union is seeking a Member Representative for our 1st Ave branch in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will provide friendly, personalized service, process routine financial transactions, identify member needs, and educate on products to support personal financial success.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering value in every member interaction as part of Collins’ ACTION values. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to balance service excellence with sales results.
• Detail oriented with strong compliance awareness.
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests.
• Handle day-to-day member transactions with accuracy.
• Educate members on products, services and digital solutions.
• Cross-sell and refer products to meet member needs.
• Support branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent Collins in the community and branch initiatives.
