As a Member Services Representative at Corda Credit Union, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional, member-focused financial solutions. Through in-person interactions, phone conversations, email correspondence, and digital channels, you create a seamless and positive experience for our members. In this role, you will provide information about products and services, process transactions, and identify financial solutions tailored to each member's unique needs.
