• Actively open new deposit accounts (checking, savings, certificates, etc.).
• Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities and cross-sell products.
• Cross-sell loans, credit cards, digital banking, and ancillary services.
• Ensure every member interaction includes relationship-expansion opportunities.
