Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Sales and Service Representative Registry to provide in-person and over-the-phone sales and service to members. The role includes promoting memberships, travel services, and registry tasks while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will support registry services, review applications for completeness, and maintain high service standards. This position requires 1-3 years of customer service with a sales focus and will involve cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales required.
• Must satisfactorily pass state specific and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Sales: meet/exceed monthly and annual metrics; promote products and services; educate members on benefits.
• Member Service: assist with memberships, renewals, and inquiries; promote club initiatives and digital memberships.
• Daily Operations: coordinate with internal departments to resolve member issues and follow safety procedures.
