Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a friendly Membership Sales Associate to greet guests, process check-ins, and promote club services.

You will handle member communications, assist with scheduling tanning and other services, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while delivering professional service and accurate payments per procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and software literacy.

Responsibilities

• Membership sales and guest service duties.
• Greet all members and guests with a smile at check-in and departure.
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures.
• Process messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inform members of special events.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Forward member requests to a manager when needed.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in all projects as directed by management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Handle opening and closing duties.

• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
