Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative in California. You will greet members, hype the crowd, and keep the club looking sharp while supporting a fast-paced and social gym environment.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and coachable.
• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each)
• Must be CPR/AED certified
• Hype others up and handle feedback well

Responsibilities

• Greet members like they’re entering a party.
• Book members for KickOff appointments to help reach goals.
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Answer phones and assist members with needs.
• Open/close the POS drawer and complete checklists.

Shifts & Duties

Your shifts will be a mix of everything — perfect for anyone who hates being bored:

• Greet members like they’re walking into a party
• Book members for their KickOff appointment, so we can actually help them reach their goals!
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic
• Answer phones + help members with anything they need
• Open/close the POS drawer + complete checklists
• Be the person who makes someone’s day better just by saying hi with your million dollar smile!
