Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Member Service Representative to greet members, hype the club, and help drive membership sales in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead club tours, assist with phones and member needs, keep the space clean, and join team events as part of a lively, social gym culture.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and coachable.
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each).
• Must be CPR/AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and give fun, confident club tours.
• Crush membership sales goals.
• Answer phones and assist members with needs.
• Keep the club clean, organized and welcoming.
• Open/close POS drawer and complete checklists.

• Book members for their KickOff appointment, so we can actually help them reach their goals!
• Keep the club clean, organized, and aesthetic
• Answer phones + help members with anything they need
• Open/close the POS drawer + complete checklists
• Join team meetings + club events

WHO YOU ARE

• Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience = bonus
