Crunch is hiring a cheerful, high-energy Member Service Representative in Anaheim. You’ll greet members, lead tours, and drive membership sales while keeping the club vibrant and clean. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, people, and a fast-paced, social work environment.

You’ll join a fun team that values growth, offers training and advancement, and rewards performance with commissions and perks like free gym access. Must be available for 3 shifts weekly and CPR/AED certified.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and coachable
• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a bonus
• CPR/AED certification is required
• Available for 3 shifts per week (3–6 hours each)

Responsibilities

• Greet members and welcome them like at a party
• Give fun, confident club tours
• Achieve membership sales goals
• Book KickOff appointments to help members reach goals
• Keep the club clean, organized and welcoming
• Answer phones and assist members with needs
• Open/close POS and complete checklists
• Join team meetings and club events
