Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitchburg is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet members and guests, process check-ins, and promote membership sales in a fast-paced club.

You\'ll handle phone inquiries, coordinate member services, and maintain a clean, organized reception area while upholding company standards and delivering welcoming service.

This role reports to the Manager and offers bonus opportunities, training, and development.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell membership services to prospective members.
• Greet members and guests warmly and wish them well at exit.
• Check-in members and guests per company procedures.
• Handle messages on club software during member check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Inform members about special events.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Process member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with projects delegated by club management.
• Follow policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform opening and closing duties.

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
