Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of our facilities, greeting members and guests, checking in attendees, and directing inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor.

The role includes selling retail, scheduling services like tanning, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while upholding all club policies and procedures. A high school diploma and CPR certification are required, and eligibility to work in the U.S. is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Valid Child/Infant CPR Certification required or maintained.
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Facilitate member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facility, services, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in projects as delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook.

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed

Employment Eligibility

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED). This requirement is in place to ensure that all employees have the basic level of education necessary to perform the duties of their roles effectively.

Salary

$33,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
