Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) in Fargo, ND is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to be the first and last face members see in the club. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, answer phones, and communicate events while maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

You will also sell retail, process member services payments, schedule tanning or hydro-massage, and support management on projects.

Qualifications

• Valid Child/Infant CPR certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and farewell them as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Sell retail products and facilitate payment of member services.
• Schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist in projects as needed.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules and communicate events.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed
